Robin Banerji, Founder and Director
Robin has board-level experience of leading high-profile marketing, PR and communications operations. He has advised cabinet ministers in five Whitehall departments.
Robin has also worked with numerous NHS and charity sector clients on reputation management, brand building, fundraising, marketing and stakeholder engagement. He has proven his ability to rapidly get to grips with complex, multi-layered strategic and operational challenges, offering reasoned, evidenced and trusted advice to senior leaders in highly pressurised situations
Robin is a photo-journalist and film maker by background, with decades of experience in narrative development, multi-media story-telling, and multi-channel B2B and B2C content marketing that really engages key target audiences.

Anita Fabics, Deputy Editor and Business Manager
Anita has excellent experience of working with high profile brands in complex business environments. She brings her project management expertise to Rapportalk, working with clients on pre-filming project-planning and logistics to ensure all projects are delivered smoothly and on time.
Anita is also a talented video Editor, photographer and content creator for web and social media marketing. She is 1st Assistant Camera for filming and photography projects.
Anita also covers aspects of business and finance management to ensure on-time completion of company financials – invoicing and company returns.

Louis Mackay, Associate, Design and Illustration
Louis is a qualified graphic designer with wide-ranging experience of leading design and production of printed and electronic publications, as well as displays, logos and visual identities. He has worked with commercial, public and not-for-profit clients for many years.
As an illustrator, Louis uses both digital and traditional techniques to create bespoke illustrations. His clients have included renowned book publishers and a public and private sector organisations.
Louis can also cover copy-editing, multilingual typesetting and layout, picture research, proofing and liaison with print and production houses to ensure brochures, leaflets, posters, banner stands and or other materials are produced to a high standard and delivered on time.

Pete Stevens, Associate, Photography and Photographic Editing
Pete is a qualified photographer with decades of experience working with a variety of high-profile clients. He specialises in corporate portraiture, capturing formal and informal events, live music, and location photography.
His work has been used for corporate brochures, newspapers, posters and banners, plus in digital marketing and communications via websites, e-newsletters and social media.
Pete is also a skilled photo-retoucher and colourist who is able to get the most from both digital and scanned archive images.

Amanda Rayner, Associate, Events Design and Management
Amanda is a multi-award-winning event manager with over 30 years’ experience, knowledge and expertise in the events’ industry centred on charity, public sector, and not-for-profit clients.
These range from large events such as the Clean Hospital Summit, Race in the Media Awards and Heropreneurs Awards to smaller exclusive ‘think tank’ dinners, as well as conferences, exhibitions, road-shows, and award ceremonies.
She knows how to think strategically so her events deliver the maximum impact for clients. She is also health and safety trained for events.
